Although our web pages may not be pretty we had substance over style primarily in mind.

This site was designed to be compatible with Netscape's Navigator 2.0 and above and Microsoft's Internet Explorer 3.0 and above.

BACK:
We suggest that you use our 'Back' button whenever available as opposed to using the back button provided by your brower. Our 'Back' button will appear under the home button which is always up near the upper left hand corner.

About PHONECO:
For some background on PHONECO and how we got started, click on the 'About PHONECO' button.

Policy:
Click the 'Policy' button for order information and dealer policies.

Where Are We:
When you click the 'Where Are We' button you will be presented with a series of maps to show you where PHONECO is located.

Answers To Questions:
If you are in a page and you have a question, click the 'Answers to Questions' button. Common questions and answers to those question will be displayed depending on which page you came from. You will have the option to click on other categories there as well. Click our provided 'Back' button and you will go right back to where you left off.

Questions Or Comments:
If you did not find your answer click the 'Questions Or Comments' button. You will then be able to send us your question or comment. The information you enter and our response goes right into our database and later displayed in the 'Answers To Questions' page if we so chose.
You will need to allow cookies on your machine in order to get into this page. This allows us to put a session variable on your machine so we can keep track of the information you enter and put it in our database during your session.
This means that if you go back into the 'Questions Or Comments' page and want to send us another question or comment you will over-write the information that you previously sent in our database during your session. To overcome this you can simply add to your message. The other option is to come back into our site later with another session. One way to do this is to close your browser, then run it again, and get back into our site.

Request Catalog:
If you would like to have a catalog sent to you click on the 'Request Catalog' button.
You will need to allow cookies on your machine in order to get into this page. This allows us to put a session variable on your machine so we can keep track of the information you enter and put it in our database during your session.

This means that if you want to request a catalog for someone else as well and you enter another address you will over-write the information that you previously sent in our database during your session. To send us another request for another catalog, for someone else for example, come back into our site later with another session. One way to do this is to close your browser, then run it again, and get back into our site.

Search:
You can search our site by clicking the 'Search' button and go into our search page. This search currently only does keyword searchs at this time.
You do not need to have cookies enabled but having cookies enabled will allow you to go back into the search page at a later time during your session without having to re-enter your information.

Login:
There will be three options available when you view the Login page.
1) Existing web account users simply use the first option to Log into their account.
2) If you never ordered from us before and you are a first time user you will use the second Login option to set up a new web account.
3) Users who have ordered from us before by other means and have not set up a web account yet should use the third Login option by refering to your last invoice.
Once again, you will need to allow cookies on your machine.This allows us to put a session variable on your machine so we can keep track of the information you enter and refer to it in our database during your session.

PHONECO's Products:
You have 2 choices from our home page to view. You may go into our 'Phone' or 'Parts' pages from our home page.
The 'Phone' pages include wooden wall phones, payphones, candstick phones, old desk top phones and more.
The 'Parts' pages include name plates, dial rings and centers and cloth, silver satin moduler and spaded cords, networks, posters, books, rare, unusual, newly released items and more.
Each area will include a series of pictures, item numbers, items costs and information on that item.
To view more information on any item presented in a page simply click the associated picture.
If you leave any of our products pages by selecting one of the above option buttons, use our provided 'Back' button and you will get right back where you left from.

Order Online:
We currently do not offer online ordering. However, this site is directly interfaced to our customer and products database and we do have a CyberCash account already in place and we have a site certificate from VeriSign so that when we do impliment ordering online you can be assured that your order will be processed securely using our secure sockets layer.
Therefore, online ordering should be coming soon.
