Definitions: FOR DEALERS:
W/Q= wholesale quanity. This means that when we have a copy of your resale
certificate in our files you are entitled to these prices. You also are entitled to these
prices if you belong to one of the collector clubs or are in business selling phones and
other antiques or collectables. Most important that you place repeated orders.
As is= as we get them, rusty, dirty, cruddy looking. You fix it up, clean it up,
repair it, you make it work.
Phoneco, Inc. occupies a 4 story factory building with 415,000 square feet
including offices; electronic lab; polishing and painting area; assembly; wiring and
testing area; and shipping and storage areas.
We take a great deal of pride in restoring an old telephone to working order again. As
a service PHONECO will also refurbish and bring our customers phones to a "plug in
ready" state. Just send us your treasure with your specifications and we will give
you an evaluation and restoration estimate. Our electronic lab has developed several types
of networks and warbler ringers for us to use in some phones.
Warranty:
Phoneco offers a one year warranty for defects occurring under normal operating
conditions. Return defective equipment (postage or freight prepaid) along with a copy of
original sales receipt and description of the problem. Include return address and your
phone number.
Phoneco Policies:
Minimum order:
-No minimum order. But orders under $2 could result in a $5 handling charge plus shipping
cost.
Payment terms:
-We accept all major credit cards.
-No personal checks.
-Allow 6 days for company checks to clear.
-C.O.D. will be cash, certified check, or money order ONLY!
-Phoneco reserves the right to require full or partial payment in advance.
PRIVACY POLICY:
-We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally
identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record
information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie
information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable
information to anyone.
SECURITY POLICY:
-Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)
software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure
commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card
number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
Repairs:
-We will repair and make your phone functional. We will give you a quote on all parts,
repair and labor beforehand.
-Customers are encouraged to include a detailed description of the symptoms or trouble
encountered with each piece of equipment, part and service required.
-A 30 day return limited warranty is provided on replacement parts and labor performed.
This warranty covers defects resulting from normal use, excluding damage from shipment,
handling, improper installation, or electrical fluctuations. Phoneco shall not be liable
for any special or consequential damages, or for loss, or expense directly arising from
the use of or inability to use the repaired equipment. We will not be responsible for phones that were
tampered with or misused. Equipment will be returned by UPS unless otherwise
specified. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Returned goods:
-Pack very well. Damages and repairs will be subtracted from refund.
-Bag all lose parts.
-Indicate who you spoke to at Phoneco.
-We accept returns, exchanges, and refunds.
-Please get our permission before returning an item.
-Special or custom phones made to order are not returnable.
-We request items be returned in 30 days if you are not satisfied.
-Our receiving department does not accept C.O.D. or collect shipments unless approved in
advance. We will make refunds accordingly after inspection of the items.
-We make all effort to accurately represent our offerings, so that you know exactly what
you are getting; however, occasionally misunderstandings still do occur and we don't want
you to keep an item which you are unhappy with.Customers generally pay shipping both
ways
Damaged items:
-Notify UPS carrier immediately of damage. Ask for an inspection and claim form. Be sure
to keep ALL cartons and packing until after inspection is made

-We appreciate orders by phone. Please don't call collect, we will not accept. Call us at

Delivery:
-We prefer to ship UPS, but we reserve the right to select the best way to ship our orders. Give us an address that UPS can deliver to. Keep in mind that 1st
day, 2nd day, and 3rd day select is expensive. Any 1st or 2nd day air orders should be
called in before noon. Smaller, lighter items are normally shipped by US Mail, unless the customer specifically requests UPS shipping. Shipping costs figured on our web site reflect UPS shipping rates. Actual shipping costs may be lower than the total calculated on your order.
